365x100 Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of 365x100 (the "Service", "we", "us" or "our"). 365x100 is independently operated from Singapore.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the 365x100 Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

365x100 is a daily-writing service. It allows users to write, format, save, search and export private journal entries and view writing progress.

The Service is currently free. Stripe is not enabled, and no paid subscription or printed book is included. Eligible users may create original-entry Monthly Chapters and Annual Books. AI editing is available only when manually enabled for an account and is not guaranteed.

Features may change, fail or be removed. Access may be limited or ended at any time.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old.
  • May lawfully use the Service from your location.
  • Are not ordinarily resident in the European Union, European Economic Area or United Kingdom.

We may close an ineligible account. Where appropriate, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to export entries first, unless immediate restriction is necessary for security or legal reasons.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your email and devices, and notify hello@365x100.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Accounts are personal and must not be sold, transferred or shared.

4. Your journal entries

You retain ownership of the journal entries, photographs, entry titles, editorial changes and other original content you create. As between you and 365x100, you also own the generated chapter output created for your account, subject to any rights in your source material and applicable law.

You give us a limited licence to host, store, process, synchronise, display, search and export that content only as needed to operate and secure the Service, provide support and comply with law.

We do not own your journal entries or have permission to sell them, publish them, use them for advertising or train AI models on them.

If you request AI editing, you give us a limited licence to send the selected month’s dates, titles and plain journal text to the disclosed AI processor solely to create and validate that chapter. Photographs are excluded from AI processing. AI output may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing it before approval, download, printing or sharing. Deleting generated output does not delete your source entries or photographs.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently or abusively.
  • Access or attempt to access another user's account or writing.
  • Interfere with or circumvent the Service's security.
  • Introduce malware or excessive automated traffic.
  • Scrape, resell or commercially exploit the Service.
  • Infringe another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights.
  • Store or distribute content that facilitates serious unlawful harm.

Private entries are not routinely monitored. We may investigate and act when misuse comes to our attention.

6. Saving, chapters and exports

The Service attempts to save entries automatically, but no online service can guarantee that data will never be lost. Unsynchronised browser drafts may be lost if you clear browser data, change devices or use private-browsing mode.

You should use the available export tools to keep a separate copy of writing that is important to you.

Original-entry and AI-edited chapter previews and PDFs are generated from the journal state available when requested. Source changes may make an approved AI editorial layer stale and pause AI PDF download until you regenerate it or choose original-only mode. Generated PDFs are not stored by the Service.

7. No emergency or professional service

365x100 is not an emergency or crisis service, is not routinely monitored, and does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice.

If someone may be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service or qualified professional. Do not rely on a journal entry to alert anyone.

8. Suspension, closure and account deletion

You may delete your account at any time.

We may restrict or close an account that is ineligible, breaches these Terms, creates a security or legal risk, or threatens another person or the Service. We may also end the Service.

Where reasonably practicable, we will allow users to export entries before planned closure. We may act immediately where delay would create a meaningful risk.

Deleted account information is removed promptly from the live Service. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until overwritten through normal retention cycles.

9. Intellectual property and feedback

Except for your journal entries, the Service, software, design and branding belong to or are licensed to the operator of 365x100.

You may provide voluntary feedback. We may use that feedback without payment or restriction. This does not give us rights over your journal entries.

10. Availability and disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, permanent storage or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Our total aggregate liability connected with the Service will not exceed S$100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The revised version will show a new effective date. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will provide reasonable notice. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.

12. Singapore law

These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Before starting formal proceedings, contact hello@365x100.com and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Singapore.
